Starting in November... 11Alive's sister station KPNX will become the First Local News in Arizona to broadcast in HD (High Definition).

Gannett currently owns 6 station that are currently broadcasting news in HD, including 11Alive... which debuted on February 2, 2006.

This is sure to be very interesting.
