I don't like the revised CW logo. It's like a throwback to ugly logos of the 70's. And to further prove that, the new CW logo for their Jacksonville Affiliate includes the very #17 they used in the mid 70's. The Florida News Center site has the new logo on their main page. And you can see the almost identical old "17" logo it if you look at the video of a 70's newscast of the old WJKS when it was an ABC station. The "1977 News Close" www.flnewscenter.com/jville/wjwb/wjwb.htm#7I wonder how much it costs to change a logo when you consider having to make the new graphic and whether signs and printing had already begun with the "Original" logos shortly after the announcement of the new network. I had already seen station logos for the CW from a few areas. Anyway I just don't like the "new" green CW thing.

I wish they that The CW would have stuck with its intended Blue logo, instead of introducing this new green logo. Just my thought. I like the lettering. To me, the Green isn't going over all that well with me. Again, I thought the Blue logo would be the perminant logo. The sudden logo change is a real shocker. Unless, any future CW affilaites are contemplating a CW logo, similar to the Green logo, but without the Green. That's another thought.

The "UPN Atlanta" branding and logo is history... The "CW Atlanta" branding and logo is in place... Despite that we're looking forward to the debut of THE CW and MY NETWORK TV. THE WB and UPN will be missed.

They should change the call letters from WUPA-TV to WCWA-TV for W CW Atlanta
