What does everyone think the odds are of Fox 5 News in HD? This would make them the first Fox O&O to do this. Back when 11 Alive News went HD, Fox 5's news director mentioned that his station didn't have the funds to go HD. Considering that the competition is now in HD, it seems like Fox 5 would need to follow suit to stay competitive. It's interesting that while all of the other Fox O&O's have changed their look, things remain the same at WAGA (no hint of a new set). Their new website features the new Fox 5 logo, but that's it.

FOX owned WJW (Cleveland, OH) has been offering their news in HD since May, 2004. I didn't know this until a while back.
There's also been speculation that FOX owned stations, such as 1 of the 5 flagship O&O stations converting to HD, before any of the other FOX owned stations. The 5 flagship stations are as followed... WNYW (New York City, NY), KTTV (Los Angeles, CA), WFLD (Chicago, IL), WTTG (Washington, DC), and KRIV (Houston, TX).
It could be late 2006 or early 2007 when FOX 5 debuts the new MyFOX graphics, set design, and theme music.
